How does purchasing a property from your site work?

Are you a real estate agent?
No! So that means there are no realtor commission fees added to the price. Our goal is to cut out the middle-man and pass the savings on to you!
Are there any hidden fees when buying land from Five Star Land?
No! Our business model is very transparent. If you choose to save money with a one-time cash purchase, you only pay the cash price and documentation fee. If you prefer to pay off the property over time, you pay the down payment and documentation fee to reserve the property. Then the monthly payment will include pro-rated property tax until the property is paid in full. We are up front about the cost of land so that there are no surprises. We want happy buyers and we love repeat customers!
Why are your properties so cheap?
Just because you found land at a great price doesn’t mean there is anything wrong with the property. As you know, banks always add on fees, fees and more fees when it comes to any real estate purchase. Many realtors charge commission fees just to work with them. Purchasing from Five Star Land does not require credit checks or background checks. We set out to create a business of selling land at affordable prices so you can quickly get the land you want.
